How to determine a career path and approaches to a career management

Victoria Blodgett will talk about how to determine a career path and approaches to a career management, exploration, and provide advice on how students might investigate these questions for themselves. Gang will share his thoughts on decision making process and skills.

Victoria Blodgett is the Director of Graduate Career Services. She recently came to Yale after 15 years in Graduate Career Services and Student Life at Cornell University. Victoria earned her B.A. and M.Ed from Keene State College in New Hampshire, where she worked as a Graduate Assistant at the Instructional Innovation Center and as a residence hall director.

Host:
Wang Gang received his BA in English from Xian Foreign Languages Institute and Masters' in College Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University, Ohio where he worked as an Assistant Director of the resident hall. He served as an academic advisor and coordinator of International Living & learn Center at Miami University, and an Associate Director at International Students and Scholars Office of Cornell University. He joined Yale OISS in 1999 as Associate Director. His interests are higher education administration and cross-cultural communication.
